New lounge in Brisbane. Small lounge with very good, efficient staff. We arrived before 7 am because we'd heard it gets very busy between 7 and 9 am and access is often denied. Staff were providing table service and happy to bring coffees and wine. The bubbles were local domestic sparkling but enjoyable. As more people came into the lounge, they were kept busy clearing tables so table service ceased. Food was reasonable but nothing like what you'd expect in a business or first class lounge.
Quiet new lounge. Views of the terminal and tarmac. Power points and USB outlets at every seat. Hanging seats in one corner. Good selection food and drinks. Uncomfortable rigid straight-back seats.
Small but good lounge. Hot food options available including laksa to order, wifi pretty decent. Shower room is the handicap bathroom, very basic. Friendly staff. No alcohol incl with PP admission.
Tiny, showers have no place to sit or sit your bags off the floor, nor an adequate place to hand clothes so they don't get wet. Floor staff was great. Front desk staff was pushy to sell upgrades.
Very small lounge that can get quite busy which makes finding a seat difficult. Has 8 small private booths that you can sit in and do some work. Limited food selection but the staff are fantastic.
Apart from being small, the food and beverage offer, staff and decor are very impressive. If you don't have access to the QF or EK lounge definitely check it out :)
QANTAS lounge had to be closed in same day as our booking at Plaza. All QANTAS eligible travelers also used this lounge on the same day and this lounge was swamped. Value for money this day was poor.
Food options at 8pm were great - soup, paninnis, salads, dessert. It was a small space but comfortable. One shower (occupied). Clean bathrooms. Got free with Hawaiian Airlines business class.
For not being "high end", I found this lounge to be excellent. Friendly, diligent, professional staff. Fast wifi. Good food and coffee, rather small but great for its size. Would use services again.
Using Priority Pass to enter, you are charged a flat fee of AUD19 pp for alcohol. That makes for a very expensive glass of wine before your flight. I was taken aback. Service is excellent.
Good selection was actually great at breakfast time. The coffee was actually superb and the service was amazing. Plus, Amex Platinum get free massages.
Arrived at a very quiet time of day and was positively fussed over! Food offerings expanded and there is a range of juices, sodas, alcohol and barista coffee.
Avoid if you’re Priority Pass. Charges for alcohol and lesser treatment.
Friendly staff, good food, shower layout could be better and cleaner. One of the better designed PP lounges. Weird alcohol voucher system for J pax. Overall decent, good seating options.
