Nice lounge. Has a great feel with music to reflect. Only downside it's too busy. Sharing with BA means the lounge is overcrowded, staff are overworked..even if I am flying on a BA flight! Overall OK.
Lounge was good but far far too crowded with BA using it. The food was good and I liked that a cooked to order option was included. Might have been the crowd but was a bit noisy with the hard surfaces.
The Flying Penguin
This lounge is far too busy with BA using it. There were no seats available. They had run out of milk in the coffee machines. Food was cooked to order and took ages to arrive, it arrived cold.
Almost 10:00 and it is packed. Very few seats and noisy. Very limited food. BA's use of this lounge has it overflowing.
Could be a good lounge but let down by surly staff.
Excellent menu of complimentary food made to order. Good range of spirits and self-service snacks. A little busy, but not over-crowded. Looking forward to my next visit.
Premium wells, comfortable lounge. Cook to order bacon sandwiches and fish sandwiches. Delicious!
Really really nice. Was able to get in with LoungeBuddy even when they were booked up. Traveling miracle!
Outstanding for a Priority Pass lounge. I would not have expected a made to order menu, or middle shelf drinks, as usually it is a basic buffet for PP lounges. Well done, and very friendly staff.
Be aware you may need to pre book a spot (5 gbp) at least 5 hours before a flight on their website to "reserve" a spot.
Comfortable lounge with big leather sofas offering a quiet oasis from the outside hustle. Wide variety of food complimentary with the access, which is a better alternative to what you'd pay outside.
Didn't allow access while on Flight OK4655 with my SkyTeam Elite Plus card.
The portions when you order food are slightly small, otherwise great service, nice views and comfortable chairs.
Outstanding lounge, not too busy (7-9pm Tuesday). Great selection of hot food, nibbles and free non-champagne alcohol (PP members). Much better than Aspire downstairs.
Very nice. Good food and drinks. It is nice to have a study area for those needing to put their head down and work.
One of the worst lounges I’ve experienced. Seating wasn’t particularly comfortable. Staff were rude and incompetent. One member of staff had either had a late night or was on medication.
Food from both the kitchen and front of house snacks ran out at 7.30pm visit. Nice one. Left hungry.
Tasty meals, wide variety of pastries and sweets.
Large, airy lounge with big windows facing the runway. Always full though! Get a free snack and the rest are £4. Not many snacks. Go to the Grain Store and get £15 off the bill for Priority Pass.
For Priority Pass travellers: Arrived to the lounge and was told I needed to make a reservation in order to access. This is the first lounge I’ve been to requiring this for access.
I have been to this lounge twice with my Priority Pass, with two guests both times. I have always been admitted, even though the lounge is a bit busy. The food is good and the place is comfortable.
Good lounge for Lounge Club entry fee. Good selection of light bites and drinks. Vary varied range of areas including bar, quite areas, desk space and views of the airfield.
Nice lounge with a bright and airy feel. Standard No1 food offering and drinks from the bar. Nicer than the No1 at the South Terminal.
This place should be called no one instead of No1 because no one is allowed in. It’s always “full” for some reason. You need a reservation to get in? Get out.
Great lounge, ultra comfy and spacious..although was very quiet evening! Lovely food and great vegetarian options. Self service and bar service available. Perfect for hiding from hustle and bustle!
No entrance with PP. Sunday 17:00, “upgrade” available for £15.
PP holder refused entry again because "we are full" when I could clearly see they were not. Pay at the counter no problem, smells a bit whiffy, doesn’t it?
Priority Pass could not get in.. Upgrades were available for 15 sterling..
